**About the role**

Working within a team of industry professionals, the ESO is supervised by the Head Teacher and responsible for a range of activities that support learners and enhances the student learning experience.

**_ Note_**_: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment_.

**About You**

We are looking for a motivated and engaged individual who can meet the following selection criteria:

- Minimum qualification in Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
- Minimum three years of current vocational experience in Beauty.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to be proactive and show initiative
- Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline
