Temporary Teacher

**Position Descriptor**:
This position will teach middle school music and small combined stage 2 Music Explorations and IB Music class. This teacher would be expected to teach Music to a culturally diverse student community. Applicants must have experience successfully teaching senior Music and the potential to teach International Baccalaureate Diploma classes. All staff are expected to deliver 21st century teaching and challenge-based learning in all classes, in particular, through the use learning technologies including DayMap, Google and online platforms to personalise learning and enrich the delivery of face-to-face curriculum. This teacher is expected to use explicit strategies to check for understanding, seeking student feedback to inform teaching and incorporate targeted interventions. This teacher must have the skills in working in a contemporary multicultural environment with excellent strategies to support the development of a wide range of students including EALD learners, students with disabilities and international students. This teacher would be expected to contribute to the co-curricular program related to their learning area (eg. bands)- Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.**Site**:
