Our company is searching for a reliable, punctual, outgoing and well presented Computer Technician to join our team.

You will be responsible for attending on-site visits and remote support on your own for customers needing computer/laptop repairs, and/or I.T support around Sydney.

We'll always have tier 2 support to back you up on anything tricky though via remote, video call and phone.

There is currently approximately 3 to 20 hours of work per week depending on how busy we are with clients that need help. It varies week to week greatly.

We require you to have please;
at least 2 years experience in I.T support (preferably with a strong understanding of Windows, Mac and/or Cisco)
outstanding customer service (perhaps more important than a huge amount of experience)
your own A.B.N.
your own mode of transport to attend jobs and driving license

We offer;
Very flexible hours (you tell us your availability) but we mainly need weekday staff at the moment please.

$40/hour (including travel from when you leave your home calculated by Google Maps)

Commissions

Police check essential

- Computer repair: 2 years (preferred)
