Welcome to** Eden Academy Werribee.** We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 92 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

We are looking for **Casual Educators who can cover a variety of shifts** and also have flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover leave days.

**In your role as a Casual Educator**:

- You will **nurture little learners** through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- **Show up with kindness**, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring positive energy and a** team-first attitude to every room**

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A **warm, professional presence** and a genuine passion for early learning
- **Confidence** connecting with children, families, and the community
- Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with **flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave**:

- **Two professional references** are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
