**Role Opportunity**:
**Apprentices**: Assist with carpentry tasks while learning from experienced tradespeople. Contribute to various aspects of residential projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience and training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects, paying attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Uphold the company’s high standards of safety and professionalism on-site.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Actively engage in learning opportunities and training.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- A strong eagerness to learn and a commitment to developing carpentry skills. Previous experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
