We are hiring a **Consulting Services Manager** who will be responsible for all aspects of the APAC Consulting Delivery Team in areas such as
- Resource management,
- Project delivery management,
- Consulting delivery,
- Product collaboration,
- Commercial consulting,
- Customer support
This is a key client-facing and regional leadership role covering ANZ and APAC territories with the opportunity to travel interstate, and at times internationally.

As a **Consulting Services Manager**, you are empowered to
- Work with the management team and exercise your leadership and consulting expertise
- Leading the APAC Consulting Delivery Team ensuring timely collaboration with the different teams to support sales activities and deliver quality consulting services
- Liaise with existing and new clients in the usage of our solutions and training needs as required to fully enjoy our Payroll Productivity Suite and Strato Document Generation and Workflow Solutions
**Your experience and expertise**
We welcome applicants who have a demonstrable experience and professional background in these areas.
- Insight into AU/NZ Payroll Legislation
- Experience in SAP HR/Payroll environment
- Involvement in SAP Payroll and or HR system and Processes, Project Implementation
- Previous usage in any SpinifexIT Solutions would be a definite advantage
- Ability to coach, mentor, drive and lead a Consulting Professional Services team
- Growing, planning and managing services capacity and utilisation outcomes.
- Multi-tasking of competing priorities with high attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service ethics
- Professional approach and commercial acumen
- Proficient analytical and administration skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a wide variety of personnel from multiple disciplines and countries
