**Your role at Nextt**

We have a unique opportunity for experienced Disability Support workers to join our committed team and fill active night shifts in Bowden.

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

In this role, you will be working night shifts in our concierge-style facility in Bowden, responding to client needs throughout the night. For this role, we are offering a highly competitive casual rate. You will have experience working with clients with complex needs including mental health, acquired brain injuries, cognitive disorders and physical disabilities.

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs
- Medication assistance
- Diabetes management
- Working knowledge of Acquired Brain Injury
- Manual handling and hoisting

**Your certificates and licenses**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
