**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Sales Consultant**, to join the **Macarthur** team** based in Campbelltown**. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

**The role will involve**:

- Developing excitement and passion for our products and department.
- Meeting monthly sales targets set by management.
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored options and solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keeping up-to-date with our brands, products, services, and competitors.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the automotive industry.
- A sales-focused mindset and motivation to succeed.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A valid NSW driver’s license.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
