You will be working in a team of builders and carpenters under director that will help you progress and move up within the company. You will be coordinating jobs from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Adhering to project schedules.
- Liaising with clients from handover to completion.
- Coordination and management of all trades required on site and reporting to Directors.
- Adhere to strict high standard of work set out by company.
- Use of project management software.
- Implementation of company WHS, Quality Assurance

**To be successful, you will**
- Have a Certificate III of Carpentry, a Certificate IV would come highly regarded.
- Have a minimum 5 years of experience in a foreman role
- Have Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Own tools and reliable work vehicle
- Be Self-motivated
- Have exceptional attention to detail with genuine passion for high end finishes
- Be able to work in a team environment and independently
- Be competent in reading and interpreting detailed construction plans and documentation
- Managing subcontractors through leadership
- Organising site and planning out your week and projects including - set out, deliveries, permits, client meetings, etc...

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III of Carpentry (required)
