Unique Wood Floors is a small business specializing in high-end timber floor installations and finishes. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results for residential and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install various types of timber flooring including solid hardwood, engineered timber, and parquetry
- Prepare subfloors, including leveling and moisture testing
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy worksite
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV or above level of qualification with at least one year relevant experience
- At least three years of experience may be accepted if without formal qualification
- Proven experience in timber floor installation and finishing
- Driver’s license and own transport
- White Card
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read floor plans and take accurate measurements
- Good communication and time management skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $89,469.04 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
