Variations Lead

The **Future Generation Joint Venture** brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct **Snowy 2.0**. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

- Position Primary Role- This role will support the Claims Manager and Head Contracts Manager across all Variations matters on the Snowy 2.0 Project and will involve the identification, preparation, coordination and response for Variations under the EPC Head Contract.- Position Requirements_- Formal Education- Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field (Engineering, Commerce, Law)
- Experience- Demonstrable experience in the preparation, drafting, evaluation and negotiation of various types of Variations claims. This is an essential requirement.
- Experience quantifying Variations including in-depth understanding of cost and time impacts.
- Experienced contracts management professional from within a contracting environment.
- At least 10 years experience working in a similar role
- Skills/Technical Knowledge- Contract Law
- Sound understanding of civil goods and services
