The premium-branded Mövenpick Hotel and 'Tesoro' Modern Italian Restaurant offers an exciting Food & Beverage concept across breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as hotel in-room dining and conference & events.

**Qualifications**:
What we're looking for:

- You will possess an unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our customers
- You can explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages
- A genuine love of hospitality and the restaurant industry
- Be able to find the "Yes" in every situation
- An energetic, team-focused individual with a can-do attitude
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
