Cafe Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train, motivate, and supervise café staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings, maintaining the café's reputation for excellence.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to promote efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, fostering growth and development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, introducing innovative ideas to enhance the café experience.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is essential (minimum 1-2 years)**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven ability to handle financial responsibilities, such as budgeting and inventory management.

**Salary**: $49,074.23 - $74,170.56 per year
