Food and Domestic Assistant

Corryong Health are looking for part-time Food & Domestic Service Assistants. You are responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality food services to our residences, cleaning and laundry services at Corryong Health. Food & Domestic Service Assistants report to the Facilities Manager.

As a Food & Domestic Services Assistant, you will work as part of a team to provide these services to our residents:

- Perform basic food preparation,
- Clean rooms and eating areas,
- Perform laundry work,
- Serving and delivery of meals.

**Skills & experience**
- Experience within the hospitality industry (not mandatory),
- Food Safety Certificate Level I or II (not mandatory),
- Previous experience working in a health care environment (not mandatory),
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately,
- Demonstrated initiative and the capability to work with mínimal supervision.
