Are you an energetic Retail Sales Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in a sales role? Dr Boom is looking for proactive individuals to join our team part-time or full-time in any of our Sydney stores.

We specialise in Phone Repairs for all models and Phone Accessories. Offering the most credible and highly regarded brands in mobile phone accessories such as Coach, Otterbox, Tech 21, Diesel, UAG, Survivor, Kate Spade, House of Harlow and much more as well as our own Dr Boom range of premium products, Dr Boom is the go to destination for premium portable audio solutions with brands such as Beats by Dr Dre, Apple, JBL, Sony and much more.

We strive to be recognised as the best mobile phone accessories, repair, and premium portable audio retailer in our markets by our customers, employees, suppliers, and competitors.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Utilize your strong sales background to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively in a team to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience in mobile phone repairs required; focus is on sales expertise.
- Professional development. Growth potential for our personal brand with training on product knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Monthly bonus
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
