We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Operatives to join our new team at Capalaba Central. In this frontline role, you will be the welcoming face of the centre by assisting shoppers, answering enquiries, and helping create a positive and memorable customer experience. Whether you're new to the industry or bring prior experience, we offer full training and a supportive team environment to help you thrive.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Greeting and assisting customers at the service desk and around the centre
- Answering phone enquiries with a smile (yes, people can hear it)
- Issuing gift vouchers and mobility aids like wheelchairs and scooters
- Supporting centre management and marketing events

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Positive, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Great communicator with solid computer and time management skills
- Professionally presented and reliable
- Able to work solo and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious and customer-focused
