Opening September 2024 in Summer Hill, **Postino Osteria** brings casual Italian dining to the neighbourhood — with a buzzing bar, beautifully made pastas, seasonal daily specials, and a warm, welcoming vibe. We're all about relaxed hospitality without compromising on quality.

We’re looking for **experienced Food & Beverage Runners** to join our opening team for what will be a fast-paced, 120-seat venue. You’ll be part of something special — working across à la carte service, group bookings, and curated events.

**What we’re looking for**
You’re bubbly, engaging, and love making people feel at home. You’re calm under pressure and care about the small details. If you have a passion for Italian food and a bit of that neighbourhood charisma, you’ll fit right in.

**Essential requirements**
- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year experience working in restaurants
- Great grooming and attention to detail
- Ability to stay cool and focused during busy services

**Preferred**
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Ability to speak Italian is a plus

**Your responsibilities**
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Announcing dishes as they are served
- Supporting waitstaff with clearing and resetting between courses
- Restocking waiter stations as needed
- Polishing cutlery and glassware
- Assisting with resetting the venue between services

Pay: $31.23 - $40.00 per hour
