At **Little Zak’s Academy**, we’re a privately owned and family-run early learning provider dedicated to creating safe, welcoming, and nurturing environments where children can thrive. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)** to join our team at our **Erskine Park service**. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs while working closely with the Centre Director to help our service continue striving for _Exceeding_.

About the Role
- Lead engaging, play-based programs aligned with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**:

- Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that foster curiosity and growth
- Observe, document and assess children’s learning and development
- Collaborate with and mentor fellow educators to ensure practice is consistent with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
- Support the Centre Director in achieving excellence across all areas of the service

About You
- **ACECQA-approved Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education**:

- Current **Working with Children Check**:

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with experience implementing high-quality programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using technology for programming and documentation
- Current approved **First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates**
