**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Food & Beverage Attendants are self-motivated professionals, enthusiastic and meticulous about service delivery. With a genuine interest for quality produce, wine, and a natural aptitude for service delivery, they love what they do

**STRAND HOTEL**

With 17 boutique accommodation rooms, rooftop terrace, bistro, bar —and captivating character, Strand Hotel Darlinghurst has been meticulously restored and refurbished, pairing stylised rooms with top quality food and beverage offerings. Eccentric artwork, warm lighting, black and white interiors, and original exposed textured walls, make each corner of this venue unique.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You thrive on delivering outstanding service, ensuring your guests always enjoy the best experience
- Waiting and bar experience, including knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine is essential.
- You work hard, play hard - we have fun here
- You have highly developed communication skills.
- Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail.
- Australian visa with unrestricted working rights
- Must hold a valid NSW Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $39.00 per hour
