We’re seeking a professional, people-first **Sales Concierge** to be the welcoming face and key support for our Sales Department. In this pivotal role, you'll provide a premium customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors through to handover and follow-up.

**What you’ll do**:

- Greet and engage customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with appointment coordination, test drive setup, and vehicle presentation
- Support the sales team with seamless handovers and customer updates
- Ensure the showroom is immaculate and ready for guests at all times
- Provide concierge-style assistance including refreshments, loan car support, and more
- Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction

**What you’ll bring**:

- A passion for people and delivering exceptional service
- Experience in hospitality, retail, automotive or a luxury brand (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Organisational ability and a proactive approach to tasks
- Current driver’s licence

Pay: $50,652.95 - $85,625.28 per year
