The International and Parliamentary Relations Office (IPRO) is a joint parliamentary office providing services to both Senate and the House of Representatives. IPRO supports the Parliament's international program by strenghtening engagement and cooperation with parliaments internationally.
**About the role**
The Visits Officer/Office Manager will have strong office administration skills, familiarity with the maintenance of IT systems (for example, records keeping databases and web publishing) and provide advice on these matters to colleagues within the office. The role requires regular liaison with diplomatic missions both in Australia and overseas. The successful applicant will support Senior Visits Officer and Assistant Directors with Parliamentary delegation visits to Parliament House as required. The successful applicant will coordinate and advise on passport and visa related matters for Members, Senators and their staff. The Office Manager / Visits Officer will be a strong communicator, a reliable and collaborative team player who works well in small teams and has a high level of administrative and organisational skills.
