**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We currently have a **full time** **6-Month MTC **opportunity based in our **Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD office** to join our highly motivated and engaged team.

**YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Proactively seek opportunities to optimise value-add through processes, technology, ways of working, service offerings etc.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through operational and strategic projects/initiatives
- Utilising data / market insights to support and influence hiring decisions and broader talent acquisition discussions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume recruitment portfolio
- Demonstrated experience utilising proactive attraction tools/methods (i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, talent pools) to proactively engage with industry talent
- Being proactive is your second nature and will help you fit into our high performing team that recognises success and true talent advisory
- You thrive in a busy environment; it is something that drives you and offers you the opportunity and stretch to utilise your broad direct proactive attraction approach
- Ability to interpret data, utilise data/market insights
- You enjoy a values-driven environment and have a key interest to drive employee engagement within the business
