**About the Role**

Due to rapid business growth, BSV are seeking a Design Drafter to join our energetic team at the Revesby office.

This is an excellent opportunity to make this role your own, an office-based role supporting our sales and operations team nationally.

Knowledge and experience designing medium to large steel support frames required. Knowledge and experience designing roadside digital or static billboards desirable. Design Drafter with mechanical trade background will be highly regarded.

No formal qualifications required; all designs will be certified by an engineer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Confidently create GA & workshop drawings for medium to large steel support frames, using Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor
- Acting as focal point for technical structural advice and providing the project with best practice methods
- Ensure final designs are compliant with client specifications, Australian Standards, BCA requirements, quality standards etc.
- Liaise with client, 3rd party engineers, fabrication contractors and all project stakeholders
- Providing innovative problem solving and technical expertise
- Design simple steel brackets for attaching screens to walls
- Specify timber stud work required to recess screens into walls
- Information may come in the form of existing drawings, simple hand sketches, photos, verbal instructions and/or site visits

Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
