**Here’s how you’ll be a part of our team**
- Part-time, Casual position
- Every Second Weekend, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Located in Brooklyn, NSW, just 25 minutes from Gosford or Hornsby
Fenwicks Marina, an award-winning facility on the Hawkesbury River, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Weekend Dock Master. This hands-on role requires someone who values customer service and thrives in a dynamic marina environment.
**Your Typical Day Will Focus On**
- Coordinating vessel movements in and out of berths
- Assisting customers with berthing, fuelling, and securing their vessels
- Ensuring the marina and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Conducting regular inspections of marina facilities and document as well as reporting maintenance needs
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all marina guests
- Monitoring and enforcing marina safety standards and protocols
- Assisting with fuel sales, LPG gas, ice, and provisions
- Supporting the team with minor maintenance tasks as needed

**What You’ll Bring to The Role**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle vessels and provide support to boat owners (experience beneficial)
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and occasional public holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift up to 25kg.
- Boat handling experience, boat and forklift licenses and/or CPR & First Aid Certification (advantageous but not essential)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekends only
