**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Master of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
- Victorian Institute of Teachers registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff and improve student outcomes within the VM course, essential
- An excellent understanding of both theoretical content, alongside knowledge of research in the enhanced VCE VM program
- Accreditation to teach within a Catholic school (or willingness to obtain)
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
