Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Strategic Planner to join our team.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for progressing strategic land use planning across Council and implementing the requirements within the locality of state and federal government, private enterprise, planning organisations, environmental and other groups and the general community.

**About You**
- ** Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning or related field OR equivalent qualifications combined with experience;**:

- **Proven strong knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Local Government Act, Heritage Act and NSW planning policies.**:

- **Current Class C Drivers Licence.**
