- ** System Integration Test Engagement & Quality Assurance Manager (EL1)**:

- **Approx. $110-130/hour | 12+12 month contract + potential extensions**

As the System Integration Test Engagement & Quality Assurance Manager you would play a pivotal role withing the test delivery team within a Federal Government environment. Key areas involve, leadership and accountability, risk management, problem solving and stakeholder management.

**Key roles and responsibilities...**
- Act as the single point of engagement into the SI Testing Function for all queries, requests and advice, when required
- Independently quality assure projects and initiatives from a testing perspective, when required
- Manage a team to deliver and optimise the solution testing and test assurance services.
- Manage the end-to-end technical test delivery capability from testing requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution for each stage, defect management, coordination & resolution and test reporting.
- Plan, manage, coordinate and deliver the end-to-end systems development testing through the following phases with the vendors - unit, systems integration, accessibility, browser compatibility, security, performance, regression, PEN, service partner integration, usability, software vendor, operational readiness and business verification testing.
- Ensure the delivery and compliance of the solutions is ready for the operational environment following SIAM processes.
- Develop a coordinated and integrated testing plan and approach with and across the vendors.
- Uplift the maturity and effectiveness of the System Integration testing function and associated capabilities, practices, tools and processes.

**Essential criteria**
- 1. Minimum 2 years test engagement and independent Quality Assurance experience- 2. Minimum 10 years' experience managing a technical testing team.-
- 4. Experience in standard development, delivery and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM or similar.- 5. Working with and implementing project delivery and testing tools in a DevOps/DevSecOps framework.**Desirable criteria**
- 1. Degree in IT, Engineering or related field- 2. Certification or minimum 1 year hands on experience in maturity models such as TMMi or CMMi**Like to know more?**
