- Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Despatch Operator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations. Your duties will include:

- Manual handling: packing signs and traffic accessories ready for transport
- Quality checking: inspecting products to maintain our high standards
- Operating machinery used in the production and assembly process
- Assembly of signs and traffic accessories to meet client specifications
- Booking transport and managing dispatch schedules as required
- Forklift operations: loading/unloading deliveries and managing stock/yard organization
- Maintaining safety standards and promoting safety awareness in the workplace

**What We’re Looking For**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A good level of physical fitness suited to the demands of factory work
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work efficiently and get the job done
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliability, energy, and enthusiasm to contribute to our team’s success
- A **current forklift licence** (essential)
