**Accounts Receivable Officer - Brisbane - On-Site**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Liaise with customers and internal sales team members to resolve any billing queries and to ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Receipting client payments from the bank statements to the prevailing ERP/finance system
- Attending to client queries either via AR inbox or phone calls
- Month end processes as would reasonably be required
- Preparation of client invoices throughout and at the end of each month as required
- Reconciliation of data between systems and clients to ensure accurate records and auditing compliance.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts if required
- Working with the broader finance team to ensure compliance activities are in order
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?**
- Recent, commercial experience in an Accounts Receivable environment
- Experience using various MS Office software - Excel, Outlook etc
- Able to pay close attention to detail and be accurate with our data
- Able to get to our Brisbane office

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
