**Barista/Catering Assistant - CBD & Inner Eastern Suburbs Full Time**

We are looking for a dynamic barista prepared to be part of a café team for multiple locations across the CBD & Inner Eastern Suburbs servicing both corporate clients and prestigious educational environments.

These roles will not only involve making great coffee but providing all round great café customer service incorporating the service and preparation of food.

If you are committed to delivering outstanding coffee, self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our clients’ expectations and enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us as well as your flexibility and availability to work across a variety of shifts flexible hours from 6:30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

**About you - your Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience**
- You know how to create excellent client experiences.
- You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values
- You have a team player mentality and can easily multitask and work as part of a small team.
- You are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure.
- You’re willing to take direction and are open to learn new skills.
- You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity.
- You’re a coffee champion with excellent Barista skills.
- Prepared to jump in and work in other areas of catering as the need arises including cash handling and other general café tasks.
