**The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Time Security Services Supervisor (2IC) to join our team at Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre, Mirrabooka WA 6061. The position will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the day to day operation and performance of the site and will provide visible leadership, direction and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness are maintained at a consistent level. This is a “hands on” role and the 2IC will also still conduct regular patrol work, site training, supervision and mentoring.

The successful applicant must demonstrate significant Security Management & Client liaison experience.

**The Roster**:
Monday - 10:00am to 6:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday - 6:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am to 6:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Working closely with other site managers to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
- Coaching, mentoring supporting and performance management of security team members with the objective to build a high performing team
- Liaising with local Law Enforcement Authorities and other identified stake holders in relation to security issues, as they impact upon the Centre and its surroundings
- Acting on any incidents/or injuries, near misses, equipment faults, complaints and information that is security related
- This is an "on the floor" leadership role requiring an active, hands on approach.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Well-Developed interpersonal, communication and relationship building and management skills.
- Previous experience leading a team
- Proficient in preparation of reports and documentation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with key stakeholders
- Current Security license with appropriate endorsements
- Advance First Aid / Advance CPR and Resuscitation
- Ability to conduct small group toolbox training sessions
