Directions Workforce Solutions in partnership with ATI Mirage is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to learn different aspects of the office in the role of a Business Administration Trainee. ATI-Mirage, Western Australia’s leading IT and PD training organisation, cares for its people and its clients and is a great place to work.

**Opportunity available**

Working in a small, friendly and busy team, your activities will be varied. Your role will be responsible for the support for multiple services involved in the successful and seamless delivery of training courses and events. Activities include receptionist duties, meeting and greeting guests, data entry, event preparation and general administration.

This traineeship is located in the heart of the Perth CBD in the vibrant Cloisters complex, with easy access to public transport as well as great end of trip facilities. It will be full time for a fixed term duration of 12 months, with a possibility of a permanent position.

**To be successful in this role you will have**
- A mature attitude when dealing with confidential and sensitive information,
- Good written and verbal communications skills,
- Able to get on with others and be team-player,
- Problem solving skills,
- Be able to multi-task and work under pressure,
- Planning and organising skills,
- Have a can-do attitude, reliable and motived to succeed,
- Be committed to a program of on the job learning and formal training,
- Be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a relevant right to work visa.
