We are a family-owned Premium Quality Gourmet Smallgoods manufacturer servicing Costco, Independent supermarkets, delis and quality Cafes and Restaurants around NSW.

About the Role

Our company is looking for a dependable team player to join our team as a Smallgoods maker at Strathfield South, NSW.

The postition is full time and involves the selection, cutting and preparation of meat, removing the fat from Pork legs and Beef and manufacturing of meat products using processing machines to process and produce Premium Quality Gourmet Smallgoods for sale.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 5am start to 1.30pm finish.

Uniform and training will be provided.

**Salary**: $60,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Eligibility and Skills required

*AQF Certificate IV in meat processing or retail butcher qualification plus minimum 2 years full time experience in making Smallgoods and working with meat is required.
- In the absence of a formal qualification, minimum 5 years full-time experience in making Smallgoods and working with meat is required.
- Fast paced, physical role and will be occasionally working in chillers of 0°C
- Repetitive actions of lifting, placing meats into tanks and onto trolleys with average weights of 8kg.
- Must be able to understand, read and write in English.
- Experience in HACCP and SQF practices preferred.

- To enjoy some repetitive work.
- Good eye for detail and take pride in your work.
- Have own transport as it can be difficult to get to our premises.
- Must be able to follow procedures and understand Good Manufacturing Practices.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
