The primary purpose of the role is to undertake a range of archival duties to enhance the discoverability of, and access to, paper-based and born-digital records in the collection. This role supports researchers and the public to access the permanent records of Queensland Government held at QSA.

**In this role you may**:

- undertake archival reference and research activities using the QSA archival management system
- contribute to projects to enhance understanding and use of the QSA collection through education, public programming, and the development of finding aids and guides
- adhere to archival practices and procedures in line with national and international standards, including the Australian Series System
- prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and other documents as required
