The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of staff and contractors, while also managing and developing key regional operations in a manner that complements the business strategy and service arrangements of Restorx Canberra. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage contract arrangements, compliance & performance for contractors & temporary staffing suppliers
- Undertake performance discussions & development plans with contractors & staff
- Supervise field based roles
- Assist in the management of large restoration claims, including but not limited to communications with clients, customers, subcontractors, preparing and submitting initial and progress reports, finalising estimates and preparing files for invoicing
- Manage recruitment & acquisition processes in key areas, ensuring the business operates with the skills, knowledge & workforce required
- Oversee the employment process & provide staff / contractors with the correct tools, resources & facilities to undertake their required duties
- Ensure all employees receive the required introduction, training & mentoring during the early stages of their employment
- Develop branding & marketing strategies for client & community engagement
- Monitor & manage key delivery performance indicators
- Control operational costs in accordance with annual budget forecasts
- Develop, implement & improve operational processes
- Quality control
- Grow & develop client relationships
- Investigate existing opportunities, competition & resource availability to ascertain the best strategies to penetrate the market in key areas

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Prior experience in the Restoration, Construction or Insurance industry, however not essential
- Ability to effectively lead & motivate a team of staff / contractors
- Relevant Qualification or Trade Background highly regarded, however not essential
- Account Management or Business Development experience advantageous, however not essential
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation & analytical skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Versatility & the ability to adapt to changing conditions / working environments
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities & work to strict deadlines
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Current and valid motor vehicle licence
