Job Title: Courtesy Bus Driver

Bateau Bay Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable, and safety-conscious Courtesy Bus Driver to join our team. As the face of our venue on the road, you’ll ensure patrons are transported to and from the hotel safely and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport patrons to and from the hotel in a timely manner

Provide outstanding customer service and a warm, welcoming attitude

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the courtesy bus

Follow all road rules and venue policies

Assist with basic venue duties when not driving (as needed)

**Requirements**:
Current NSW Driver’s Licence

Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate - mandatory

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Knowledge of the local area is a plus

Pay: From $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
