Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).- Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).- First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment.- Understanding of developmental milestones for various age groups.- Strong communication skills for engaging with children and families.- A team-oriented mindset with adaptability in diverse situations.
