We are currently looking for experienced bar staff who are knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate about beverages, and who are committed to providing quality customer service.
Panama Dining Room, with its iconic windows and New York loft vibe, has been a staple of the Melbourne dining scene for over 15 years. A combination of modern European cuisine, ample bar space and a fresh and ever-changing drinks list keeps us busy with weddings, corporate events and regular a la carte service (restaurant and bar)
We are a mixed concept venue; we close often for weddings and unique events; and on nights not booked for private events, we open and trade as a restaurant and bar, with the emphasis on excellent customer service. We are incredibly proud of our food and beverage product, and it’s all housed within an expansive warehouse space located a few floors above Smith Street, Fitzroy.
We are currently looking for experienced bar staff who are knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate about beverages, and who are committed to providing quality customer service. We need team players with excellent communication skills and a real customer-focused work ethic.
We have a supervisor position available, with between 30-38 hours available each week. This role can be casual or part-time. WSET training can also be provided, should you be willing to commit to a part-time role.
We also have casual bar positions available, with between 10-20 hours on offer each week.
