**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a part time permanent Roving Crowd Control Supervisor to join our team working 20 hours per week. You will be travelling to a range of venues within 1 hour travel from Perth CBD to lead, manage and support the Crowd Control Security team based at these venues.

Hours:
Thursday 6pm - midnight
Friday 5pm - midnight
Saturday 5pm - midnight
Tuesday and Wednesday evening work (optional)

**Responsibilities**:
Engaging with the team to provide a high standard of performance and service levels to clients
Proactively engage with clients across various sites
Providing effective management of any complaint or performance related issues
Ensuring Crowd Control team is provided adequate training to perform their role effectively
Review, identify and provide recommendations for quality control and overall standard improvement processes
Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Promote, encourage, and maintain safe working practices
Managing reporting requirements for any incident, injuries, or hazards
Ensuring that all processes are compliant with industry standards
Reviewing SOPs, policies and procedures and updating where required
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
Previous experience in Crowd Control
Current Western Australia Security Guard and Crowd Control licence
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Current First Aid with CPR
