We are seeking a motivated and friendly **Casual Food & Beverage Attendant**to join the PLG team at **Steeples** in **Mornington**. This is a unique role where no two days are the same You’ll deliver exceptional service in our bar and dining areas while also safely operating our 12-seater courtesy bus to transport guests around the local area from Thursday to Sunday evenings.

Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse. Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, a designated kids play area and an alfresco deck; there are dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Steeples caters to both children and adults alike.

**What will my duties include?**
- Deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.
- Operate the courtesy bus safely and professionally, providing transport to and from the venue. (Around the local Mornington area)
- Assist with bar and venue operations when not driving, including serving food and beverages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across both service areas and the bus.

**What we are looking for**:**
- Current and valid driver’s licence (minimum 5 years of experience driving)
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, particularly Thursday to Sunday evenings.
