This role blends hands-on warehouse work with customer service and sales support. **About the role**:
As the first point of contact, you'll handle face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. Dive into a dynamic role with diverse daily responsibilities

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Counter sales and enquiries
- Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
- Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
- Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
- Vetting orders
- Product support to customers.

**About You**

You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- hold a forklift LF licence
- medium level computer literacy
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
