**Your Role**

We’re looking for a Customer Business Consultants to join our high-energy NRMA branch located in **Cammeraygal Country (Chatswood).**

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all interactions from new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for identifying customer needs and deliver engaging customer experiences by providing solutions that protect our customers way of life. You’ll be delivering exceptional customer experiences through sales and consistently working towards achieving key performance indicators.

**Note**:Start date for the role is **20 January 2025** with your IAG commencing with 8-week training (fully paid). The team may occasionally need support with other branch locations. This will be discussed further during the interview.

**About You**
- Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality, retail and/or others
- Mandarin fluency preferred
- Tech-savvy and proven ability to confidently use multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Well-developed rapport building, active listening and effective communication skills
- Ability to solve problems empathetically and equitably
- A willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
