**About the role**:
**Duties include** but are not limited to:

- Supervise, train and coordinate front of house food and beverage staff
- Maintain high levels of customer service and smooth operations
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the food & beverage outlet is adequately stocked
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee safe working practices in accordance with Work Health and Safety standards

**About you**:

- Experience in training and supervising front of house staff in the hospitality industry
- Experience in the hospitality industry and strong knowledge of operations in a food and beverage department
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate across a range of cultures
- Cert IV Hospitality or equivalent in related discipline (desirable)
