As a **Personal Banking Specialist**with Westpac, you will be at the heart of our mission to help customers make the most of their money. This is a senior sales-based customer service role which will see you engage with customers both in-branch and over the phone - connecting them with the most suitable banking products to fulfil their current and future financial needs. You will drive sales and achieve sales targets through referrals to our specialists in Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offering.
**The Hours**
This is a full-time, branch-based role across Monday to Friday.
**What will I need to succeed?**
- Strong **face-to-face customer service and sales**experience, with the ability to drive sales through personal interactions
- **Resilience**, **tenacity**, **empathy**and an ability to **flex**- no two days and no two customers are ever the same
- Proficient in **identifying customer needs**through effective questioning and proactive outreach
- A proven ability to meet and **exceed sales KPIs**with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an **exceptional customer service**:
- Comfortable when working with **numbers**and adept at navigating **multiple systems**
