Project Management

The project management role is overall responsible for the delivery of automation of M365 service requests for Exchange, Defender, Teams and SharePoint, whilst overseeing the implementation of Okta for all Identity Management workloads. The role manages internal project resources, delivery partners and interfaces to the client key stakeholders.
**Skills and experience**
- Excellent project management skills including scope management, financial management, timely delivery, supporting the project team and resource management
- Experience in managing M365, IT Infrastructure projects as well as IT Application projects.
- Working in an agile / waterfall hybrid environment and having an agile mindset will be critical to the success of the engagement
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and agile project management software.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning and implementation of the project
- Define and prioritise goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the client and stakeholders.
- Report and communicate project status internally and externally
- Manage resources and budget
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with the Sponsor and Senior Stakeholders.
**Closing Date**
Wednesday 18th of December 2024 with ability to start mid-January.
