**_"Full citizenship for all people living with mental health issues in Australian society_**”** **About the Role** - Part Time Permanent Position - (0.8 FTE) - Consumer Service Delivery Level 4: Salary between **$88,850 - $92,865** depending on skills & experience+ super + salary packaging - Location: Head to Heath service Geelong The Head to Health Geelong (HTHG) centre is an exciting service which provides the Geelong community an alternative service to attend when experiencing mental health crisis. Service delivery will reflect principals of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery Oriented practice. The Peer Support Leads are exciting roles responsible for leading Peer Support Workers to deliver high quality services to guests experiencing mental health crisis presenting to Head to Health Geelong. The Peer Support Workers are integral members of the team and represent 50% of the workforce within Head to Health Geelong. Peer Support Leads and Peers Support workers draw on their lived experience of recovery from mental illness, mental health crisis or caring for someone living with a mental illness to instil confidence and hope in others about the journey of recovery. You will lead the Peer Support workers to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team inclusive of mental health clinicians, mental health registered nurses, medical officers and consultant psychiatrists.
