**About the Role**

As a Pass Caller, you will be the orchestrator of the kitchen, ensuring timely and precise communication between the chefs and servers. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking skills will be key to maintaining the high standards of our dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and communicate orders between the kitchen and service staff
- Monitor and ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes
- Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of operations during busy dining hours
- Uphold quality control standards for all dishes leaving the kitchen

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in A La Carte Fine Dining Service
- Availability for a minimum 38 hours per week over a 7 day rotating roster
- Ability to manage and control the Pass
- Show high attention to detail and organised
- You have a solid understanding on how a fine dining restaurant operates.
- Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to maintaining an organised pass and seamless service period
- Valid NSW RSA
