Cleaner (Casual)

We are a facilities / properties management company. Our clients are based in a number of locations predominantly in Tullamarine and Broadmeadows. You must be willing to travel for work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down surfaces and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ Commercial Cleaning Experience
- Willing to do an up-to-date Police Check
- Must have current Working with Children Check
- Trade References must be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual tasks
- Reliable and punctual.

Pay: $31.21 - $34.96 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
