Pipework Supervisor

Due to rapid growth, D&J's Civil Constructions are looking for an experienced Pipework's Supervisor that will report to Project Management, you will oversee and ensure safe & cost-effective maintenance activities on site. You will also be responsible for managing the project execution and delivery.

The main office is in Alberton, QLD and you will be responsible for going to sites and supervising a team of operators, piplayers and labourers.

**About the role**:

- Managing labour, equipment, and materials for the duration of projects.
- Completing field time with supervisors and crew providing leadership in the field and identifying operational areas for review and improvement.
- Managing the project health and safety performance by leading by example and ensuring all works are conducted in line with OHS management plan.
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating day to day works
- Overseeing planned work scopes and ensuring job completion is constructed in accordance with relevant SWMS
- Weekly progress meetings
- Accurate reporting and analysis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' Civil Construction experience in a Superintendent/Leadership or Supervisory role (Pipework's experience advantageous)
- Hold a White Card
- Autonomous worker who can adapt and work flexibly with business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
