Store Manager

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to ensure Lotte Melbourne Airport is represented to the highest standard in all aspects of retailing.

**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:

- Lead the Sales Managers and Store team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences.
- Motivate, coach and lead by example to create a high performance sales culture.
- Maximise the store profit through increasing sales and maintain cost control.
- Ensure the store is sufficiently staffed to maximise sales opportunities.
- Manage the store salaries to the agreed salary percentage.
- Provide clear communication and consistent feedback to Sales Managers on KPI performance of their team.
- Maintain a strong focus on the business and understand the sales trends implementing action plans for improved performance as required.
- Work with the team to maintain housekeeping standards, visual merchandise and stock levels to ensure exceptional customer perception.
- Ensure all customer service and follow up service including customer complaints, refunds and repairs are handled to the customer expectations in an urgent and timely manner.
- Enforce and lead from the front role modelling all company standards, policies and procedures and ensure full compliance of all team members.
- Identify any behavioural, or possible breaches of company policies and action as required.
- To ensure timely and effective execution of product launches and promotional activity.
- Ensure all team members are aware of Airport Security, Emergency and Health and Safety procedures.
- Role Model and ensure all team members are presented in accordance with Lotte Duty Free appearance and dress code policy at all times.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Timely and effective execution of product launches and product promotions
- Clearance of slow moving stock and end of lines
- Control store expenses and stock losses
- Ensure overall accurate custom compliance, both in store and bond
- Maintain a very high standard of store presentation, product presentation and stock management as per set guidelines on daily basis.

- Min 5 years in a managerial position of a multi-million turnover store
- Exceptional customer service
- Sales focused and Results Orientation
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Knowledge / experience if international brands and diverse categories of products
- Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
- Leadership and ability to coach and motivate
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Critical thinking and Problem Solving
- Demonstrated effective decision making ability
